When a User submits the Contact Us form, the submission may be processed through Webflow and Zapier, recorded in a Google Sheet, and used to send email notifications to the appropriate Website Team or area contact based on the User’s selected nearest area.

The Church may use the following services in connection with the Website:

- Google Workspace tools, including Gmail and Google Sheets, for email communication and recordkeeping;

The Church may not be able to delete information that it is legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.
