When a User submits the Contact Us form, the submission may be processed through Webflow and Zapier, recorded in a Google Sheet, and used to send email notifications to the appropriate Website Team or area contact based on the User’s selected nearest area.
The Church may use the following services in connection with the Website:
- Webflow, for website hosting, design, and form submission functionality;
- Zapier, for form-routing automation;
- Google Workspace tools, including Gmail and Google Sheets, for email communication and recordkeeping;
- Google Search Console, for search performance, indexing, and website visibility information; and

The SCR Website Team is responsible for managing Website submission records.
At this time, the Church may retain submitted information until it is deleted by the SCR Website Team. Users may request that the Church update or delete personal information submitted through the Website by contacting us at the email address listed below. The Church may not be able to delete information that it is legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.
10. Security
The Church uses reasonable measures designed to protect information submitted through the Website from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These measures may include HTTPS/SSL encryption for the Website, restricted access to Google Sheets containing form responses, password protection for administrative accounts, and limiting access to Website submissions to authorized Website Team members.
However, no website, email system, form tool, automation platform, or online storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users submit information through the Website at their own risk.
The Church encourages Users not to submit highly sensitive information through the Website.
